Vintage Breyer pair of Misty (mare) and Stormy (pinto foal) from Marguerite Henry's beloved Misty of Chincoteague series. Misty is a soft palomino pinto and Stormy is a darker orangey chestnut pinto.
Model #20 (mare), #19 (foal)
Produced: Various times from the 1970s through the 2000s, this pair late 1980s/early 1990s.
Size: Mare about 7” tall, foal about 5 1/2” tall.
Scale: Traditional
Both are in good functional condition with rubs at the nose, eyebrows, barrels, hooves and ear tips. Misty has a few small dark spots as well.
